A British tourist in Amsterdam received a nasty shock when his ￡100-a-night Airbnb
turned out to be a roadside shipping container.

Ben Speller, from London, booked a one-night stay with the rental website during
his trip to the Dutch city on May 8.

The listing on Airbnb promised a “clean home with a private bathroom” for ￡100
per night – something of a bargain in the notoriously expensive tourist city.
